Associate Manager, Merchant Strategy & Operations

Lead the merchant support experience once merchants are live on the DoorDash platform. Own both the strategy and execution for how we serve merchants, transforming support into a tech-first, scalable experience that improves merchant satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. Use data-driven decision-making to experiment, analyze, and implement new initiatives, and partner cross-functionally across product, operations, marketing, sales, finance, and analytics to drive go-to-market outcomes.
