  • •Coordinate with Customer Service/Warehouse to plan daily deliveries and ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • •Arrange transportation booking with trucking supplier and monitor loading progress.
  • •Follow up on supplier invoices and submit to Finance for payment processing.
  • •Track order status and provide timely updates to internal stakeholders and hand over material/service with proper documentation and sign-off.
  • •Submit completed purchasing documents to Finance and maintain procurement records.
