Key Responsibilities

  • •Accurately complete licensing and compliance documents, resolve outstanding compliance issues, and deliver finalized materials to the Licensing Manager.
  • •Monitor and respond to email communications with internal teams and external regulatory bodies.
  • •Assist with preparation and filing of licensing and compliance documents to meet state laws and internal standards.
  • •Support the creation and evaluation of compliance policies and procedures to reduce risk and ensure legal conformity.
  • •Maintain document archiving/retrieval for audits and complete assigned projects and tasks as directed by supervisors.
