Job Summary

Design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions inside enterprise customer environments as part of a delivery team. Partner with a Deployment Strategist to co-build production-ready capabilities from day one, spanning prompts, tool calls, integrations, and end-to-end technical components. Create data pipelines and performance dashboards, contribute to fast-moving PoCs/MVPs, and translate real customer challenges into solutions with measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop AI agents and experiences that take real actions for real organizations, using prompt reasoning, tool calls, and integrations with customer systems.
•Own technical components end-to-end, from architecture choice through deployed, validated, and observable production delivery.
•Build and integrate data pipelines on Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, and Databricks, including data modeling, pipeline shipping, and output validation.
•Create agent performance dashboards and customer KPI reporting to track deployment health and business outcomes.
•Contribute to proofs-of-concept and MVPs quickly, co-build with customers/partners, and surface platform gaps and edge cases to senior engineers and product teams.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience, with at least one production system and ideally AI tech stack/full-stack development or frontier model work.
•Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
•Prior customer-facing technical delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or forward deployed engineering).
•Fluency in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex; hands-on with LLMs and prompt engineering.
•Deep understanding of data modeling, APIs, and integration patterns; able to design them and ship quality code.
