Job Summary

•Ensure excellent client experience by evaluating customer feedback and improving customer service.
•Run store operations including staff scheduling, zoning/deployment, inventory implementation, goods management, and opening/closing with cash register closing.
•Maintain visual merchandising standards, store cleanliness, profitability, and compliance with Sephora audit rules; report and track maintenance and merchandise issues.
