Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage, develop, and coach assistant managers and employees, including career and employee appraisals and recruitment.
  • •Drive monthly and annual sales targets and use retail KPIs (e.g., IPT, AVB, conversation rate, market shares) to improve store performance.
  • •Ensure excellent client experience by evaluating customer feedback and improving customer service.
  • •Run store operations including staff scheduling, zoning/deployment, inventory implementation, goods management, and opening/closing with cash register closing.
  • •Maintain visual merchandising standards, store cleanliness, profitability, and compliance with Sephora audit rules; report and track maintenance and merchandise issues.

Key Requirements
