Job Summary

Join the team building Dive-XL autonomous underwater vehicles and help deliver AUVs to customers through hands-on manufacturing testing and integration. You’ll assemble and test pressure vessel subcomponents, run detailed end-of-line (EOL) tests from procedures, perform incoming quality inspection on PCBA, and troubleshoot/rework electrical and electronics down to the component level. You’ll also flash/load correct SW/FW versions and support process improvement for pressure vessel production.

Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

•Work with multidisciplinary engineers and operations on pressure vessel assembly and testing as part of AUV production integration.
•Flash/load correct SW/FW versions onto devices and build, test, and integrate electrical/mechanical assemblies into AUVs.
•Execute detailed subsystem End-of-Line (EOL) tests using prepared procedures.
•Perform incoming quality inspection testing on PCBA and troubleshoot/repair electrical and electronics down to the component level.
•Support pressure vessel production process improvement, 5S work areas, part inspections, work order closeout, and tool/equipment/lab supplies maintenance and calibrations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 28 - 37 hourly

Key Requirements

•Solid electronics background in relevant fields (Robotics, Defense, Avionics).
•Experience preparing and executing test procedures with high attention to detail.
•Familiarity with electrical engineering principles and concepts.
•Experience working from technical documentation, electrical schematics, and engineering drawings.
•Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
