Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborates with the Design Director and other team members in developing design concepts
  • •Meets directly with the owner/client and analyzes project goals
  • •Conceives and develops architectural concepts/solutions for those goals
  • •Directs the production of schematic, design development, and construction documents
  • •Leads, organizes, and directs project design team members
Travel: High travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Architecture with 8+ years of relevant Architecture Design experience
  • •U.S. Citizenship is required for this position
  • •Registered Architect is required for this position
  • •Master of Architecture and 10+ years of Design experience is preferred
  • •LEED AP or within 6 months of hire, and proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Rhino, Dynamo (or Grasshopper), Revit, 3-D Studio Max and other modeling/graphics programs
