Key Responsibilities

  • •Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify financial needs.
  • •Recommend retail consumer and small business products/services using the value proposition, maintaining in-depth product/service knowledge.
  • •Proactively reach out to customers using CAMP and other approved marketing tools to set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
  • •Primarily focused on cross-selling and engaging in outside sales activities, including community financial literacy events and onsite presentations.
  • •Process teller transactions and participate in the consumer loan and bankcard process from application through closing, following retail policies to mitigate fraud and risk.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
  • •Experience in the financial industry preferred.
  • •Ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new consumer household and small business customers and/or cross-sell to existing customers.
  • •Demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
  • •S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
