Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver vehicles straight to customers’ doors using custom car haulers.
  • •Frequently load/unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect the car-hauler to help ensure vehicles are safe to drive.
  • •Complete customer paperwork and add thorough notes in the customer tracking system.
  • •Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record per Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.
  • •Work required shifts (7am-5pm, 9am-7pm, or 11am-9pm) and be available to work 7 days a week with rotating days off.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
  • •Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including loading/unloading vehicles and vehicle detailing in indoor/outdoor conditions.
  • •Read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • •Requires reaching, twisting, kneeling, climbing, balancing, and squatting, and ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 lbs.
  • •Must have (or be able to obtain) a Notary in your local jurisdiction within the first 90 days of employment.
