Lead and oversee the information security program for Allianz Services in Portugal and Spain, coordinating ISMS activities, risk identification, assessment and remediation, and ensuring regulatory alignment. Key Responsibilities

•Oversee the Information Security function in Portugal and Spain, serving as the central contact for all IS matters across business, partners, customers and safeguarding functions.
•Ensure compliance with Group-wide IS framework, regulatory requirements, and industry standards across all Allianz Services projects and throughout the full-service life cycle, including external parties and outsourcing partners.
•Support local and regional leadership in IS governance requirements, organizational structures and annual compliance reporting.
•Manage security risks by conducting risk assessments, evaluating effectiveness of security controls, addressing policy deviations and developing mitigation strategies.
•Provide IS consulting and stakeholder engagement, liaising with regional/central IS teams, contributing to the global ISO community and promoting security awareness.

Key Requirements

•University degree in Computer Science or a related field
•3+ years of experience in Information Security and/or risk management
•Strong knowledge of IT security technology, architecture, processes, and ISMS frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001) including local regulatory requirements
•Experience in supplier/third-party management including Cloud providers and IT outsourcing with ability to monitor contractual information security provisions
•Demonstrated experience in people management and/or project management within complex enterprise environments
