Job Summary

Lead maintenance and refrigeration operations for a manufacturing facility, planning and directing work to support production goals. Supervise maintenance personnel, ensure preventive/predictive/corrective maintenance is completed on time, and manage Process Safety Management (PSM) programs and OSHA compliance. Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration issues, coordinate equipment upgrades with vendors/contractors/engineering, and drive reliability and safety improvements through training and continuous improvement.

•Plan, organize, and direct maintenance and refrigeration operations to support production goals.
•Supervise and coordinate maintenance and refrigeration personnel across shifts, including scheduling and attendance reporting.
•Ensure preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities are completed timely and maintain maintenance records and documentation.
•Administer and maintain Process Safety Management (PSM) programs and ensure OSHA, company safety, and environmental standards compliance.
•Troubleshoot complex equipment and refrigeration issues and coordinate contractors, vendors, and engineering on installations, modifications, and upgrades.
