Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver vehicles to customers’ doors using custom car haulers and receive ample training.
  • •Frequently load/unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect the hauler to ensure safe-to-drive conditions.
  • •Complete customer paperwork and add thorough notes in the customer tracking system.
  • •Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
  • •Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including loading/unloading vehicles and detailing vehicles in indoor and outdoor conditions.
  • •Read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • •Must be able to drive frequently with excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity, and lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 lbs.
  • •Obtain required local authorizations within the first 90 days (including a Notary where applicable) and satisfy state-specific DMV/title and registration access requirements.
