  • •Own the contact strategy: who Murphy contacts, when, how often, and via which channel to maximize recovery within legal guardrails.
  • •Model debtor propensity and uplift to determine who picks up, who pays, and who responds to which voice/script/offer, and turn these into live segments.
  • •Optimize outcomes using experiments such as A/B tests and bandits over timing, cadence, voice, and negotiation policy, shipping improvements quickly.
  • •Collaborate with product, engineering, and commercial teams to define solutions and improve business-level key metrics.
  • •Translate model outputs into decisions by explaining and defending recommendations to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong probability and statistics, including experimental design and causal inference to measure real effects of actions.
