Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete three software engineering rotations across business lines including Consumer Technology, Commercial Technology, Colleague Technology, and Architecture & Strategy.
  • •Design, develop, and implement technology solutions while learning modern engineering practices and contributing to applications, components, and tools supporting business goals.
  • •Maintain and enhance iOS and Android applications.
  • •Build APIs that support multiple data formats and enable seamless integration across systems.
  • •Contribute to microservices framework delivery, perform requirements research, maintain project documentation, and support progress reporting in an agile environment.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Software Development or another technology-related degree, with an expected Spring 2027 graduation date.
  • •Minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • •Practical experience building software solutions through coursework, internships, or personal projects using one or more of: Java, JavaScript, C/C++, Go, Swift, Python, .NET, Node.js, or React.
  • •Complete a video interview assessment within 4 days of receiving the link (applications withdrawn if not completed in the timeframe).
  • •Use of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., CircleCI or Jenkins) and experience with AI-assisted development tools are preferred.
