Key Responsibilities

•Develop capacity strategies aligned to demand, factory capability, capital constraints, and product roadmap to enable optimized network output.
•Apply advanced data analysis and modelling to identify opportunities for tool moves, conversions, and network optimization.
•Develop capital investment strategies to maximize return, while identifying risks and opportunities.
•Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement actionable solutions, driving continuous improvement.
•Effective written and verbal communication to all levels, including executive leadership.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 59,200 - 111,300 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or an Engineering related field
•3+ years of experience with fab operations, capacity and/or Capex planning
•Strong problem-solving and communication skills
•Exposure to strategic planning and collaboration with senior leadership on cross-functional teams
•Ability to collect, organize, access, and manage data as a valuable resource in order to support productivity, efficiency, and decision-making
