Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, edit, review, and maintain technical documentation (SOPs, guidance, tutorials, user/implementation guides, runbooks, and knowledge articles).
  • •Partner with program engineers, architects, product owners, technical leads, security personnel, and leadership to capture processes and document them for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • •Create and maintain standardized documentation templates, formatting standards, naming conventions, version controls, review/approval workflows, and lifecycle procedures.
  • •Perform Section 508 accessibility reviews and remediation, including reviewing documents for structure/readability/metadata/alt text and ensuring compliance prior to publication.
  • •Maintain documentation content and governance in SharePoint and Confluence, including centralized inventory, audit trails, and supporting documentation for security, compliance, ATO, audits, releases, and operational readiness.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 115,000 - 135,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with 5-8 years of work experience.
  • •Experience developing SOPs, technical guidance, tutorials, user guides, and knowledge-management documentation.
  • •Strong knowledge of Section 508 accessibility standards and remediation practices.
  • •Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft 365; experience creating and maintaining content in Microsoft SharePoint.
  • •Ability to understand complex cloud/data/application/security concepts and translate them into clear documentation, plus strong written/verbal communication and attention to detail.
