Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and continuously improve regional demand planning and inventory optimization processes.
  • •Collaborate on integrated planning with customer centers and internal stakeholders to align forecasts and stock levels.
  • •Consolidate and analyze local demand plans using market intelligence, business developments, fleet changes, contract updates, and major events.
  • •Monitor inventory and availability targets across customer centers and distribution centers, coordinating with regional supply chain organizations.
  • •Review and optimize inventory across regional warehouses and manage replenishment policy changes, including excess/slow-moving/obsolete inventory analysis and S&OP forecast file submissions.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive end-to-end supply chain experience across inventory management, demand/supply planning, forecasting, and project management in a global environment.
  • •Strong MRP planning experience, preferably within OEM organizations.
  • •Good knowledge of inventory management across multi-country operations in the APAC region.
  • •Experience collaborating effectively across multiple locations in a global environment.
  • •University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
