Field Service Engineer

Serve as the direct liaison with customers to install, maintain, and upgrade semiconductor equipment. Troubleshoot using digital analytics and basic diagnostic techniques, then perform preventative and corrective maintenance across electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and gas systems. Coordinate and communicate with customers to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service, while assisting and mentoring junior Field Service Engineers.
