Key Responsibilities

  • •Load and unload grain, agronomy, and feed products for facility operations.
  • •Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs and conduct daily/weekly/monthly maintenance tasks.
  • •Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading, including sampling and handling hoses and hatches as needed.
  • •Control and monitor load-out functions and operate automated scale/dump systems.
  • •Maintain quality of inventory and deliver products (fertilizer, chemical, seed, feed and others) to customer sites while keeping areas safe and clean and completing recordkeeping.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of experience in Operations and/or Business Operations.
  • •Must meet the minimum age requirement.

  • •High school diploma or GED preferred; CDL license or ability to obtain one with Hazmat endorsement preferred.
