Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the first point of contact for merchants and commercial teams for finance-related issues through reactive and proactive communication.
  • •Educate and advise merchants’ financial teams on gaining value from Adyen’s platform, products, and features.
  • •Receive and analyze merchant pain points and work with Finance Product and Development teams to improve or build new products.
  • •Support merchants globally by collaborating within an international follow-the-sun team across time zones.
  • •Contribute subject-matter expertise on payment banking processes to help merchants use financial products at full magnitude.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 3 years of experience with exposure to financial products (issuing, business accounts, capital/business financing) in a banking or fintech environment.
  • •Strong analytical skills with interest in financial products for the payments industry and the ability to quickly learn internal accounting systems.
  • •Strong commercial acumen and confidence working directly with merchants.
  • •Ability to make quick, informed decisions under pressure and prioritize based on urgency, necessity, and both internal and external requests.
  • •Advanced proficiency with MS Excel, plus excellent written and verbal English communication (other languages are a plus).
