Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10 years of experience in contract administration, commercial management, claims management, or project controls on major infrastructure, energy, or construction projects.
  • •Experience managing EPC, EPCM, FIDIC, NEC, or equivalent forms of contract.
  • •Proven variation management, EOT assessments, claims evaluation, and contractual dispute avoidance.
  • •Strong understanding of commercial risk management, cost control, procurement, and contract governance processes.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, Law, Commercial Management, or a related discipline; Master’s degree and professional membership are desirable.
