•Lead large-scale AI transformation programmes while building trusted client relationships and delivering measurable commercial outcomes.
•Drive business growth by shaping new client opportunities, developing propositions, and contributing to AI thought leadership.
•Coach and develop consulting teams while strengthening Capco’s AI Strategy & Advisory capability across the business.
