Senior Manager, Chief of Staff

Lead high-impact business, operational, and associate experience initiatives for the Enterprise Data organization. Own routines and mechanisms to drive strategy, evolve the Associate Experience roadmap, and support communications and events for executive audiences. Partner with Finance and HR on strategic planning and resource needs, surface risks early, and run special projects aligned to organizational priorities. Bring strong judgment, project/program execution, and data-backed narrative skills.
