Associate, Clinical Operations (Licensing & Capacity)

Support Ophelia’s multi-state telehealth licensing and capacity operations by managing state licensing, onboarding and payer enrollment workflows, and troubleshooting clinical tech issues to improve patient throughput. You’ll collaborate with Licensing, Credentialing, and Clinical Leaders to keep licenses compliant, systems running, and capacity aligned with demand across dozens of states.
