Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide consulting services across Allianz Consulting functions, including strategy, market management, sales and distribution, IT, organization, claims and operations to client engagements.
  • •Lead and contribute to transformation programs, M&A engagements, and business architecture modeling for insurance clients.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Global Allianz to deliver tangible client value and support career development within Allianz Consulting North America.
  • •Apply data-driven methodologies to problem solving and deliverables such as business cases and implementation roadmaps.
  • •Mentor junior staff and foster knowledge transfer to develop a high-performing consulting team.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
  • •5+ years of consulting, corporate strategy or operational experience with an emphasis on Property & Casualty and/or Specialty Insurance.
  • •Solid P&C insurance product and market knowledge with experience in key business processes.
  • •Completion of a professional insurance qualification or previous experience working on portfolio solutions, wholesale insurance, E&S, Commercial Underwriting or insurance regulation a plus
  • •Strong analytical and conceptual skills to solve complex problems and challenges
