Key Responsibilities

  • •Collect waste and recycling from residential homes and commercial properties on a pre-planned route with the driver.
  • •Deliver a complete waste and recycling service on behalf of local residents and the community.
  • •Be the public face of Serco’s Environmental Services team in the community.
  • •Help keep the area clean, safe, and tidy to a high standard.
  • •Support the team in achieving route and service targets during daily rounds.
