  • •Lead Agile/DevOps delivery of web applications, including continuous integration and deployment aligned with business objectives.
  • •Manage full project lifecycle and maintain technical roadmaps guiding engineers across multiple teams.
  • •Mentor and coach engineering team members, resolving technical conflicts and diagnosing complex issues.
  • •Establish engineering metrics (quality, reliability, operational health) and drive AI-enabled engineering practices.

  • •Extensive experience with Azure Functions, .NET, and C, including building websites and RESTful APIs with database connectivity.
