Job Summary

Lead the development and delivery of high-quality web applications for business customers, aligning execution with corporate technology and innovation goals. Drive agile/DevOps delivery, CI/CD, and technical roadmaps across multiple engineering teams while mentoring and coaching engineers (2–5 direct reports). Partner with Product, Architecture, Security, and stakeholders to translate business needs into secure, scalable microservices and cloud-native systems using Azure, .NET, and related technologies.

•Lead Agile/DevOps delivery of web applications, including continuous integration and deployment aligned with business objectives.
•Manage full project lifecycle and maintain technical roadmaps guiding engineers across multiple teams.
•Mentor and coach engineering team members, resolving technical conflicts and diagnosing complex issues.
•Establish engineering metrics (quality, reliability, operational health) and drive AI-enabled engineering practices.
