Key Responsibilities

  • •Use AI development tools to read, analyze, refactor, and generate clean, secure, testable code.
  • •Design, build, and maintain high-quality, scalable features with independent judgment on complex bugs and production issues.
  • •Evaluate AI-generated solutions and peer code for performance, edge cases, object-oriented design, and security/scalability risks.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional global teams (architects, product, SRE, security) to deliver reliable solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •2–5 years of practical experience (or equivalent) in software engineering, with strong computer science fundamentals.
  • •Deep understanding of object-oriented programming (e.g., Java), system architecture, and relational database design.
  • •Experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable RESTful APIs, including secure integration with third-party services (e.g., payment gateways).
  • •Comfort using LLMs and AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code) to analyze and transform complex codebases and resolve issues.
  • •Strong CI/CD experience with automated testing, security scanning, and deployment pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
