Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide centralized execution, reporting, and governance support for Corporate Strategy initiatives as part of the Corporate PMO team.
  • •Maintain dashboards, workspaces, and project artifacts; monitor tickets, dependencies, risks, and follow-ups.
  • •Own recurring and ad-hoc reporting, assist with executive decks, and consolidate inputs across PMs, BAs, and stakeholders.
  • •Maintain Smartsheet, Confluence, and ADO environments to ensure consistency, accuracy, and cadence across tools.
  • •Support PMO processes and assist/cover for Project Managers by leading project implementation, planning scope and deliverables, managing workflow in JIRA, tracking deliverables, and monitoring/reporting progress to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of related experience in project management or a similar field.
  • •Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • •Entry-level knowledge of residential mortgage industry in correspondent or retail lending, including sales, operations, capital markets, and/or other products/services.
  • •Entry-level knowledge of regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules, regulations, industry standards, and practices.
  • •Entry-level to intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholders.
