•Partner with the customer, building rapport at all levels to fully understand their business, the marketplace, and affect positive business growth
•Achieve New Item Authorization goals, Distribution goals, & Base Business Objectives: Revenue and Share Growth, Authorizations, Distribution, Optimal Shelving
•Lead fix fee tracking in regard to new store openings and renovations
•Achieve promotional revenue objectives by tactic, price point, Drive Period & Selling Event while effectively implementing Kraft Heinz pricing strategies for owned categories
•Maintain files and business documentation to thoroughly detail business transactions
•Manage customer P&L and financial accounting model.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 104,200 - 130,200 annually

Key Requirements

•Proven & tested experience in customer management, account management, and/or retail sales management for a CPG company
•Desire to own business process and Category management with a desk of at least $50M of business
•Reside in the Nashville geography or open to relocation
•Polished interpersonal skills with negotiation and influence abilities
•Proficient in Microsoft Office and proprietary Sales systems such as IRI, Spark
