Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the dedicated FP&A partner for leaders across Engineering, Product, Quantitative and Decision Sciences, and Business Development, providing financial guidance for decision-making.
  • •Lead financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis, delivering timely visibility into financial performance, risks, opportunities, and key business drivers.
  • •Partner with department leaders to translate priorities into financial plans, resource allocation recommendations, and operating targets.
  • •Manage acquisition spend by tracking performance, monitoring LTV/CAC trends, and evaluating acquisition efficiency and investment effectiveness.
  • •Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and strategic planning, and support FP&A governance and enhancements of the Anaplan Enterprise Performance Management tool.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 106,700 - 133,400 annually

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, or related analytical finance.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, Data Analytics, or another quantitative field.
  • •Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, reporting, variance analysis, headcount planning, and investment evaluation.
  • •Experience with acquisition spend, growth investment analysis, unit economics, and LTV/CAC (or similar marketing efficiency metrics).
  • •Experience using Enterprise Performance Management tools; Anaplan strongly preferred.
