Key Responsibilities

  • •Run RFQs with thermal liquid cooling suppliers for costed BOMs, NPI development costs, and design-phase change history.
  • •Manage raw material readiness with suppliers, track material shortages, and coordinate to adjust delivery schedules and reduce supply chain risk.
  • •Track and manage thermal liquid cooling BOMs and part numbers across design milestones.
  • •Release thermal liquid cooling forecast and demand orders to suppliers and negotiate to secure delivery schedules.
  • •Collaborate with suppliers and engineers to plan and perform risk management for material readiness and reduce E&O.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 74,550 - 127,800 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business/Industrial/Technology Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • •Strong knowledge of BOM structure and the thermal liquid cooling design process for servers/rack.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills (including pivots and V-Lookups).
  • •Experience in supply chain and procurement principles is preferred/plus, including ODM/OEM manufacturing or server systems industry experience.
  • •Excellent analytical, communication, multitasking, planning, and proactive accountability skills.
