Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with senior engineers and/or designers to build and complete performance verification test plans, simulation test cases, and models.
  • •Write scripts to track and manage compute resources and support regression testing flows using Perl/Python and related technologies.
  • •Review and help improve tools, processes, and options to increase simulation performance and team efficiency.
  • •Support debugging and improvement of test cases/models and Verilog/SystemVerilog coding.
  • •Build test platforms and perform system-level and production validation to verify integrated hardware/software functionality and identify root causes.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently enrolled in an Ireland-based university program in Electrical/Electronic engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • •Available to start on January 15 and finish August 13, 2027.
  • •Experience with programming languages/scripts such as C++, Python, C, Perl, Shell, and/or UVM.
  • •Experience with Verilog, SystemVerilog and/or VHDL, plus fundamentals of logic design (FSM, gates, registers, flops, timing, HDL).
  • •Hands-on development and debugging in Linux/Unix/Windows environments and/or experience with silicon design (analogue circuit design) and lab equipment (oscilloscopes, volt meters, logic analyzers, multimeters).
