Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete required safety training and follow Micron safety policies.
  • •Manage project schedules and implement assigned CH projects to deliver outcomes within deadlines.
  • •Collect data, create scripts, and automate metrics/reporting with RPA and Tableau to improve efficiency.
  • •Drive MES-related projects and improve QCM change management software and business process procedures.
  • •Identify issues, benchmark solutions with stakeholders, evaluate change effectiveness, and serve as an instructor for MES training.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience working with Micron MES (operation control, conversion, etc.).
  • •Basic understanding of Fab processes and equipment, including device-to-IT host communication/data flow.
  • •Problem-solving skills based on data analysis, with the ability to communicate and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders.
  • •Ability to create Scripts/RPA and manage reporting/metrics automation using Tableau.
  • •BS in an engineering-related field (or equivalent experience).
