•Lead regional UOP project business development activities from early engagement through to contract execution
•Identify, qualify, and convert new sales opportunities through consultative and cross selling approaches
•Lead opportunity assessment and governance processes, including NDA, project evaluation, risk, credit, and compliance reviews
•Partner closely with Engineering, Proposal and Global Business Development teams to shape winning strategies
