Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the game’s visual creative development from concept to completion.
  • •Create concept art, mockups, and visual prototypes, and execute concepts with a dedicated offshore art team.
  • •Partner with the Game Designer and mathematicians to ensure visuals match the established vision and reinforce play style and game mechanics.
  • •Playtest and iterate on game visual presentation to improve the player experience.
  • •Provide quality control on game art assets and collaborate with other Game Art Leads on feedback and recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience owning the visual approach for real-money slot games in iGaming or land-based markets.
  • •Degree in Art, Graphic Design, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • •Strong expertise with Adobe software, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • •Strong command of typography, color, composition, layout, and visual storytelling.
  • •Excellent visual and written communication skills for clearly communicating complex creative concepts to stakeholders globally.
