Job Summary

Join RTX's Mobile Repair Team as a PW800 MRT Technician, performing on-wing engine inspections, repairs, and installations for engines, modules and components across the US and internationally. Based in the Savannah, GA area with travel up to 90%, you will troubleshoot engines, upgrade EEC software, provide hangar and field support, and maintain strong customer communication while prioritizing safety and compliance on high-stakes aviation maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform mobile repair team activities in U.S. and non-U.S. locations, refurbishment and return to service of engines, modules, and components
•Maintain availability status for Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations
•Hangar and field support work, airframe interface along with direct customer interface
•Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail are a must
•Perform engine trouble shooting and engine diagnostics to include EEC software upgrades

Key Requirements

•Associates degree or other 2-year post high school training with a minimum of 6+ years’ experience working with the inspection of engine parts, refurbishment, troubleshooting, repairs and return to service of engines, modules and components or similar experience
•Active Airframe & Powerplant License
•Ability to obtain US Passport and ability to obtain international Visa is required
•Current valid driver's license
•U.S. Citizenship or eligibility to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship is required
