Key Responsibilities

  • •Define the product vision, principles, and multi-year roadmap for agentic commerce foundational capabilities, customer experiences, and operating models.
  • •Partner across the enterprise to create an execution plan for how the ecosystem supports Card Members, merchants, and partners.
  • •Evaluate emerging technologies and protocols (including AI agents/LLMs and identity/authorization approaches) and translate them into product capabilities and roadmap priorities.
  • •Lead platform development and delivery across enrollment/provisioning, authentication/authorization, identity/consent, spend controls, lifecycle management, servicing, disputes, and transparency experiences.
  • •Drive cross-functional alignment to launch, scale, and continuously iterate adoption across partners and channels while maintaining Card Member visibility and control.
