Job Summary

Support the Group Risk function in a mid-to-senior analytical role by assessing business and technology risks, conducting internal audits, and coordinating risk management activities. You’ll test controls (ITGC/ITAC), assist in policy development, and track risk observations while collaborating with finance, IT, and risk teams to strengthen 3LoD governance and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Accountable directly to the Group Risk Manager and support the second line of defence in understanding business and technology risks across the group.
•Review, evaluate and test business controls as well as ITGC and ITAC failures, and recommend appropriate solutions.
•Develop, implement, and maintain internal audit policies and procedures in accordance with best practice and report audit information to management/risk committees.
•Coordinate for risk meetings at group and country levels and track open audit observations for closure.
•Develop systems and processes for gathering and storing data to support future analytic projects and risk-based reporting.

Key Requirements

•A graduate with 2-4 years of experience in risk, internal audits and consulting.
