Job Summary

Join the Emergency Call Handling team in Krakow to extend capabilities of Motorola Solutions’ mission-critical platform. You’ll develop, test, deliver, and maintain software in a 24/7 support model, collaborating across agile DevOps-minded teams. Work hands-on with Kubernetes/Docker and Java-based microservices while improving observability, automated testing, and technical architecture. You’ll also mentor engineers and coach teams on software craftsmanship.

•Improve code quality through consistent refactoring and software craftsmanship practices.
