Key Responsibilities

  • •Embodies a strong client experience culture while supporting clients and teammates in the branch.
  • •Accepts and accurately processes financial service transactions, identifying opportunities to expand client relationships.
  • •Acts as a resource to resolve more complex client servicing issues.
  • •Listens for financial wellness opportunities in conversations, provides tailored recommendations, and transitions clients to a Banker when appropriate.
  • •Meets individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals; participates in huddles and debriefs, follows compliance/audit/security procedures, and balances cash drawer within guidelines.

Salary: USD 19.23 - 28.37 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent business experience.
  • •Experience developing new and current client relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources through prospecting and networking.
  • •Experience handling cash.
  • •General understanding of PC with Windows-based applications and a calculator.
  • •Working knowledge of digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing) and ability to educate clients on digital platforms.
