Job Summary

Support US Health and Benefits consulting teams by delivering RFP/Renewal and financial reports to clients. Execute projects under SLA timelines and quality standards, interpret and analyze specialty insurance client data, and produce Excel/PowerPoint reporting while managing stakeholder communication and shared mailboxes.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist consultants and stakeholders in the US Health and Benefits domain by delivering RFP/Renewal and financial reports to clients
•Update internal client database tool information for US health and benefit plans
•Analyze client data for specialty insurance products and prepare Excel and PowerPoint reports
•Execute projects in line with SLA requirements, timelines, and quality standards to ensure internal and external client satisfaction
•Handle stakeholder communication (status updates, query resolution), manage client/shared mailboxes, and support junior analyst training

Key Requirements

•Graduate or Post Graduate education
•2-4 years of relevant experience
•Proficient with MS Excel (logical/financial/math/statistical functions), including Lookups, Pivot Tables, Dynamic Pivots, and Dashboards
•Experience using VBA coding/macros
•Knowledge of the Health & Benefits domain and strong stakeholder management
