Job Summary

Join the Global Technology Center as a Control Tower for manufacturing innovation, helping build Smart Factory capabilities using advanced ICT. You’ll support development across industrial robotics, vision inspection (optics and image processing), intelligentization with machine learning and deep learning, and core component/process technologies such as mmWave, packaging, materials, thermal fluids, and AM. Work also includes process innovation, production planning, and Digital Twin efforts for SET production sites.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop Smart Factory solutions and manufacturing systems, including production planning and process innovation.
•Contribute to industrial robot technology across mechanical, electrical, motion control, and software domains.
•Support vision inspection activities, including optical design and image processing.
•Drive intelligentization using machine learning and deep learning.
•Develop and apply component and process technologies (e.g., mmWave, packaging, materials, thermal fluids, cleaning, and additive manufacturing/3D printing) to new products and new processes.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience, or master’s degree with 2+ years of experience.
•PhD holders: experience period not specified.
•Relevant experience aligned with one or more listed recruiting fields (industrial robots, vision inspection, intelligentization, component/process technologies, or Smart Factory).
