Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop Smart Factory solutions and manufacturing systems, including production planning and process innovation.
  • •Contribute to industrial robot technology across mechanical, electrical, motion control, and software domains.
  • •Support vision inspection activities, including optical design and image processing.
  • •Drive intelligentization using machine learning and deep learning.
  • •Develop and apply component and process technologies (e.g., mmWave, packaging, materials, thermal fluids, cleaning, and additive manufacturing/3D printing) to new products and new processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience, or master’s degree with 2+ years of experience.
  • •PhD holders: experience period not specified.
  • •Relevant experience aligned with one or more listed recruiting fields (industrial robots, vision inspection, intelligentization, component/process technologies, or Smart Factory).
