Key Responsibilities

•Design and execute seller lifecycle governance strategies to minimize ecosystem risks, improve seller performance, and increase customer trust in TikTok Shop across EMEA.
•Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and risk signals across the seller lifecycle, translating insights into recommendations, business cases, and prioritized proposals.
•Triangulate findings across internal tools, investigations, and cross-functional feedback to identify risky sellers/behaviors and escalate where required.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, align on problem statements, and design best-fit solutions and SOP updates.
•Drive delivery of medium-complexity governance projects, including requirement scoping, milestone planning, stakeholder alignment, and KPI monitoring.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
•Familiarity with e-commerce, operations, compliance, marketplace governance, or related fields.
•Strong analytical and quantitative skills, using data and metrics to support recommendations; Excel/Sheets required and SQL is a plus.
•Clear and effective communication skills to influence cross-functional stakeholders and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
•Ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt to fast-changing environments, and manage multiple priorities with ownership and accountability.
