Key Responsibilities

•Strategic Partnership Management: Own the strategic relationship with the assigned DSP(s), serving as the primary commercial and strategic contact for key counterparts, and coordinate cross-functional collaboration to advance business objectives.
•Financial Ownership & Modeling: Own the financial health of the assigned account and partner with Corporate Strategy to build and maintain financial reports tracking revenue against targets.
•Influence & Strategic Presence: Build deep relationships at the DSP through on-site engagement and act as a trusted partner to open doors for premium opportunities.
•Weekly Performance Reporting: Lead development and delivery of weekly streaming reports, clearly communicating impact of team initiatives and identifying drivers of growth or decline.
•Cross-Functional Leadership: Align all account stakeholders (Partnerships, Editorial, Marketing) for revenue-driving releases and mentor junior team members to ensure results.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 120,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7-10+ years of experience in music industry commerce, digital distribution, or platform relations.
•Deep, nuanced understanding of the DSP YouTube & Socials ecosystem, including editorial processes, algorithm drivers, and creator tools.
•Proven experience building or maintaining streaming and financial reports and translating raw streaming data into revenue projections and account health narratives.
•Experience participating in on-site partner and client meetings with a boots-on-the-ground mindset.
•Advanced proficiency in DSP data, able to identify the why behind week-over-week consumption shifts, not just the what.
