Provide trusted financial guidance to customers as the face of the branch—building lasting relationships and helping them with spending, saving, borrowing, and investing needs. Use strong communication and problem-solving skills to recommend and refer products and services through in-person and phone interactions, introduce customers to digital and mobile-first banking tools, and coordinate with partners across Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Business Banking. Follow all cash handling, compliance, and SAFE Act requirements.
