Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and implement integrated ERP solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM, including mapping business needs to actionable Dynamics-365 ERP capabilities.
  • •Analyze complex interface requirements and apply modern architecture concepts to create solution design documents for business-critical processes.
  • •Set and monitor project milestones and define KPIs to evaluate ERP system performance and project success across the project lifecycle.
  • •Serve as a central point of contact supporting cross-functional functional requirements and ensuring implementation quality at the highest standards.
  • •Prepare and accompany customers during ERP introductions while actively managing customer relationships and knowledge sharing in agile teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in consulting, designing, and integrating ERP systems with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM.
  • •Strong process knowledge across areas such as Supply Chain, Finance, Logistics, Production, Retail, and/or project modules to enable scalable solutions.
  • •Proven ability to shape ERP-project sales strategies and define measurable success KPIs for ERP systems.
  • •Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English (at least B2) to clearly explain complex topics and work in agile teams.
  • •A completed degree (Bachelor/Master) in business informatics, business administration, or a related field.
