Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee daily opening/closing procedures, therapist scheduling, treatment room assignments, and appointment flow.
  • •Serve as the main point of contact for guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints, resolving issues to maintain satisfaction.
  • •Monitor spa product/retail/linen inventory, place orders, and run monthly audits to reduce wastage.
  • •Train and onboard therapists on SOPs, signature massage/body techniques, specialized therapies, and luxury hospitality etiquette.
  • •Conduct performance audits, enforce hygiene and safety compliance, and ensure spa equipment is serviced and functioning safely.

Key Requirements

  • •Have 3–5 years of luxury spa or wellness experience, including 1–2 years as a supervisory, team lead, or trainer.
  • •Hold a valid license or certification in Massage Therapy, Esthetics, Spa Management, or Cosmetology.
  • •Demonstrate strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills for daily operations and team development.
  • •Be proficient in Spa Management Software (POS systems) and Microsoft Office.
  • •Fluent in English (written and spoken); ability to speak local languages is highly preferred.
