Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare supplies and PPE, then navigate to each patient home using a vehicle and follow the day’s schedule.
  • •Provide patient-centric low-acuity preventative and diagnostic services, including phlebotomy and specimen collection.
  • •Assist with additional services such as diabetic foot screenings, diabetic retina/retina exams, and ECGs as assigned.
  • •Label collected specimens properly and coordinate drop-off to the appropriate lab or shipment facility.
  • •Use mobile technology for scheduling, charting, and HIPAA-secure care coordination while maintaining high professionalism and care.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 26 - 30 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •State-required licensure and/or proof of training, and applicable national certification for states without state licensure requirements.
  • •Previous experience in venipuncture and the ability to perform phlebotomy and specimen collection/handling correctly.
  • •Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, plus proof of course/program completion based on licensure level.
  • •Technologically comfortable with mobile devices for charting and HIPAA-secure messaging apps for care coordination.
  • •Ability to work independently, provide compassionate patient care, and pass required background/DMV checks.
