Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage, negotiate, and formalize retail leasing transactions within the assigned portfolio.
  • •Source and negotiate prime real estate for existing and new brands, ensuring effective commercial and leasing terms.
  • •Execute lease administration including contract reviews, legal reviews, payment processing, and documentation tracking.
  • •Analyze portfolio performance, negotiate rental reductions, and track renewals to achieve competitive rates.
  • •Develop and enhance leasing policies and processes, and support store opening/closing/renovation planning with landlords and internal teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in retail leasing or real estate management, preferably in a multinational company.
  • •Exceptional negotiation skills focused on retail leasing.
  • •Strong relationship management skills with landlords and internal stakeholders.
  • •Strong analytical and financial acumen to assess leasing transactions and market trends.
